Stap-voor-stap handleiding voor AtopiControl Balsem
Cleanse your face in the morning and evening with Eucerin UltraSENSITIVE Cleansing Lotion. Cleanse your body with Eucerin AtopiControl Bath and Shower Oil. These products can be used during acute flare-ups of Atopic Dermatitis as well as during the period between flare-ups.
Daily care for the periods between flare-ups Apply the appropriate daily care product: Eucerin AtopiControl Balm: a light balm that is easy to apply all over your body Eucerin AtopiControl Lotion: a rich lotion that is easy to apply all over your body Eucerin AtopiControl Cream: a nourishing cream for specific areas of your body such as the elbows and knees Eucerin AtopiControl Hand Cream: also suitable for Hand Eczema Eucerin AtopiControl Face Cream: an ideal make-up base Additional care for during a flare-up Apply Eucerin AtopiControl Acute Care Cream to the relevant affected area to relieve itching and improve skin condition. It is an ideal adjunct to medical treatment for Atopic Dermatitis. If you are also using a topical medical product apply that treatment before Eucerin AtopiControl Acute Care Cream. All our daily care products can also be used during a flare-up and should be applied after your medication and/or Eucerin AtopiControl Acute Care Cream.
Immediate itch relief Eucerin AtopiControl Anti-Itch-Spray instantly cools skin, reducing itching within 60s. Use it to provide immediate and long-lasting relief whenever your skin is itchy – either during a flare-up of Atopic Dermatitis or in the periods between. As it’s not a care product, we recommend you use it in combination with other products in the AtopiControl range. Eucerin AtopiControl Anti-Itch-Spray is also effective on skin that is itchy as a result of Xerosis, Psoriasis and Diabetes. Sun protection Atopic skin is particularly sensitive to UVA and UVB rays. For this reason, if your skin is going to be exposed to sunlight, we recommend that you apply a sun protection product after your care product. You only need to add this stage in the mornings. Try Eucerin Sun Creme SPF30 or Eucerin Sun Creme SPF50+ for your face and try Eucerin Sun Lotion Extra Light SPF30 or Eucerin Sun Lotion Extra Light SPF50 for your body.

Shea boter, die ook wel Butyrospermum Parkii wordt genoemd, wordt gewonnen uit de shea noot. Het is een voedende lipide die de huid zacht en soepel maakt.
Licochalcone A is een krachtig antioxidant en een huidverzachtend bestanddeel. Het wordt gewonnen uit de wortel van de Chinese zoethoutplant (Glycyrrhiza Inflata), die natuurlijke stoffen gebruikt om zijn cellen te beschermen tegen overmatig zonlicht. Bij gebruik in huidverzorgingsproducten neutraliseert Licochalcone A vrije radicalen, die een negatief effect hebben op de huidcellen en het verouderingsproces versnellen. Het helpt de diepere epidermale huidlagen te beschermen tegen de effecten van de zon.
Ceramides are important lipids in the hydrolipid film (which protects the external layers of skin). Produced naturally in healthy skin, they strengthen the skin barrier, helping to prevent moisture loss due to evaporation and keeping out irritants that can cause inflammation and itching. When skin’s Ceramide levels fall the skin barrier is impaired. Skin can start to lose water and become dry and irritated.
Eucerin uses synthetic Ceramides that are biologically-identical and that enhance skin’s natural barrier – locking in moisture and preventing dryness and irritation.
